American Troops in Afghanistan Oct. 2009 [PICS]

While there are no photos of the Nuristan province and the attack that occurred there this weekend, the photos below offer a glimpse of American troops in Afghanistan in September and October.

Most of the photos were taken in three regions, the Helmand Province, the Wardak Province and the Farah Province.
